1. When will I receive my list? If you pay via Paypal, you will have access to the file seconds after your payment. If you send me a payment via snail mail, allow 4 days for the mail and the clearance period to clear the payment by the bank. So 10 days for checks and 4 days for cash is what you should be looking for. 2. How do I put the file in my browser to use the links as bookmaks? It is very simple. In Internet Explorer, pull the "File" menu then click "import and export". Select "import bookmarks". Choose "Browse" and find the place where you just downloaded the file. Finally, click "finish"! 3. How can I buy from auctions reserved to merchants without being one? You can buy from few auction sites if you are not a merchant, but not on others. The easier way to get those deals is to ask to a salvage dealer near you to bid on that particular lot number. What is really cool about doing it that way is that the dealer near you will be able to arrange the transportation. So you go to the dealer, tell him that you want a particular lot on an auction, and that you are willing to pay X dollars for it, shipping included (he pays less than you for shipping!). That's it, he will make a bid which makes everyone happy, and you will get the deal because you knew it was available, thanks to the list! Beleive me, the merchants are pleased do do it because unlike their regular bids, they don't have to find the customer for it. 4. I have problems using Paypal You need to handle 128 bits encryption to use Paypal. If you can't load the page, you can't handle 128 bits! Simply do a free security update to your system by downloading and installing the latest IE version on microsoft website. Note that you can also download only the security update if you wish. 5.
